Election Laws - As introduced, removes the requirement that a registered voter be a bona fide member of, affiliated with, or declare allegiance to a political party in order to vote in a political party's primary election; removes the requirement that the officer of elections at each polling place post a sign stating that it is a crime to vote in a political party's primary election without being a bona fide member of, or affiliated with, that political party, or to declare allegiance to that party without the intent to affiliate with that party. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 7.
