Nurses, Nursing - As enacted, requires, for practical nursing programs offered by a public institution of higher education, a minimum of 1,296 clock hours or an equivalent number of credit hours. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 14; Title 29; Title 33; Title 37; Title 39; Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
