Education - As enacted, prohibits an LEA or public charter school governing body from participating in a public school athletic activity that is hosted by an organizer who does not allow students of a public school that is participating in the public school athletic activity to purchase tickets for admission to the public school athletic activity with cash, either in advance of the public school athletic event or at the site of the public school athletic event, or both. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 49.
