Education - As introduced, changes, from December 1 to December 31, the deadline for the department of education to report information to the education committees of the senate and the house of representatives on the number of students in each LEA who, despite being deemed not proficient on the most recent TCAP test, were promoted to the fourth grade because the students demonstrated ELA proficiency on their most recent state-provided benchmark assessment. - Amends TCA Title 49.
