Nurses, Nursing - As introduced, removes a reference to a repealed section that required the division of health related boards to provide to the board of pharmacy the names of all nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are authorized to write and sign prescriptions or issue legend drugs in Tennessee and the names of their supervising physicians. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 49; Title 53; Title 55; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
