Food and Food Products - As enacted, prohibits a local government from adopting or enforcing a resolution, ordinance, policy, or regulation that regulates, prohibits, or restricts the sale of food by certain establishments, including the location and hours of operation of the sale of food by such establishments. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 43; Title 53; Title 67 and Title 68.
