Milk, Dairy Products - As enacted, enacts the "Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act," which authorizes each local board of education and public charter school governing body to establish policies for its public schools to offer students whole milk options through bulk milk dispensers. - Amends TCA Title 43; Title 44; Title 49 and Title 53.
