Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - As introduced, requires a government-owned hospital or health system to submit a report to the health facilities commission disclosing certain information on administrative bonuses or salary increases and any disbursements and contractor costs on an annual basis and prior to asking for public funds or ending services; requires the health facilities commission to post reported information from government-owned hospitals or health systems on its public website. - Amends TCA Title 68.
