Mental Illness - As introduced, increases from 14 calendar days to 14 business days, the time in which the Tennessee opioid abatement council must decline the department of mental health and substance abuse services's recommendation for a candidate to be executive director of the council resulting in requiring the department to submit a new candidate. - Amends TCA Title 33.
