Education - As introduced, deletes an obsolete reference to the date July 1, 1993, after which a child is not able to enter first grade without having attended an approved kindergarten program, unless the child otherwise meets the requirements of the state board of education for transfer or admission and is accepted by the LEA. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 51; Title 5; Title 6; Title 9; Title 49 and Title 67.
