Railroads - As introduced, requires railroad companies to send to the department of transportation, on an annual basis, a report containing statements of the operations of the company, unless the railroad companies prepare such statements of operations on a monthly or quarterly basis. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 54; Title 55; Title 65; Title 66 and Title 67.
