Mobile Homes and Manufactured Buildings - As introduced, requires a mobile home lot owner to provide notice to the lender of financing for the mobile home of a pending eviction; authorizes the mobile home lot owner to seek payment of rent for the mobile home if the lender does not move it within 10 days of the eviction; makes other related changes. - Amends TCA Title 29; Title 55, Chapter 4, Part 4 and Title 66.
