Juvenile Offenders - As introduced, increases the period in which a juvenile and the juvenile's parents must receive notice of a hearing to transfer the juvenile to adult court from 14 days prior to the hearing to 15 days prior to the hearing. - Amends TCA Title 16; Title 33; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 41 and Title 49.
