Law Enforcement - As introduced, changes from February 1 to February 15 the date by which a community oversight board must submit a report to the chair of the senate judiciary committee and the chair of the criminal justice committee of the house of representatives that includes the number and nature of matters reported to the board, the number and nature of reviews conducted by the board, and the number and nature of advisory reports and recommendations issued by the board. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 9; Title 10; Title 29; Title 38 and Title 39.
