Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - As introduced, extends eligibility for a Tennessee middle college scholarship to students enrolled in any eligible postsecondary institution located in this state, instead of only eligible public two-year postsecondary institutions, that is partnering with a local education agency to offer middle college to students. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9.
