Consumer Protection - As introduced, reduces from 45 days to 30 days, the time within which an information holder must notify a resident of this state, or owner or licensee of the information, of a breach of system security. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5; Title 39; Title 47 and Title 49.
