Education, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the department's office of early learning to include in its annual report on the status of pre-kindergarten programs submitted to the governor and general assembly, the number of open positions for at-risk children in pre-kindergarten programs that remained open for the majority of the immediately preceding school year, or that were filled by children who were not at-risk. - Amends TCA Title 49; Title 67 and Title 71.
