TennCare - As introduced, requires the bureau to ensure that providers of adult day care services are reimbursed based upon the amount of services that are authorized on behalf of the eligible adult, and without regard for the eligible adult's attendance or absence at the time the services are scheduled to be provided. - Amends TCA Title 71.
