Children - As introduced, extends from March 1 to April 1 of each year, the date by which the department of children's services must appear before the judiciary committee of the senate and the civil justice committee of the house of representatives for a review of the policies of the department and attached protocol and procedures for these policies and any provisions that affect the children the department serves. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 34; Title 36; Title 37; Title 41; Title 49; Title 68 and Title 71.
