Alcoholic Beverages - As introduced, revises the manner for determining the percentage of alcohol in beer, high alcohol content beer, and other alcoholic beverages, from a weight measurement to a volume measurement, for purposes of regulating alcoholic beverages and beer in this state. - Amends TCA Title 57.
