Scholarships and Financial Aid - As introduced, changes the date within which a student must be enrolled in a full-time eligible postsecondary program to be eligible for a Tennessee Promise scholarship from the fall term after the student's graduation of high school or similar achievement to no later than 16 months after the student's graduation of high school or similar achievement. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4.
