Henry County - Subject to local approval, authorizes the Henry County Hospital District to sell or lease assets outside of the ordinary course of business, including, without limitation, substantially all the assets of the Henry County Nursing Home. - Amends Chapter 176 of the Private Acts of 1953, as amended.
