State Government - As enacted, authorizes the governor to remove a member of the autonomous inmate oversight board, whom the governor appointed, for cause; authorizes the speaker of the senate or the speaker of the house of representatives to remove a member of the board whom the respective speaker appointed for cause. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 40 and Title 41.
