Highways, Roads and Bridges - As introduced, requires the annual report submitted by the department of transportation on the status of projects funded by the transportation modernization fund be supplemental to, and not in place of, other reports required to be submitted by the department on the status of highway projects. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2; Section 12-2-112; Title 54 and Title 55.
