Juvenile Offenders - As introduced, changes the time frame within which each delinquent child ordered to probation supervision or committed to the custody of the department must undergo a validated risk and needs assessment to inform supervision levels, referrals to programs, and case planning from within seven days of the court's disposition to within five days of the court's disposition. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
