Economic and Community Development, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the comptroller of the treasury to report to the finance, ways and means committee of the senate and the finance, ways and means committee of the house of representatives on the utilization of funds for the Tennessee job skills program, administered by the department of economic and community development, by February 1 annually. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 9; Title 49; Title 50; Title 62; Title 63; Title 67 and Title 68.
