Driver Licenses - As introduced, changes, from five days to five business days, the deadline by which the department of safety must notify the driver licensing authority in the licensing state, and the commercial driver license information system, after receiving a report of a conviction of a commercial driver license holder for a violation of law relating to motor vehicle traffic control, other than parking violations, in any vehicle, or a report of a conviction of a person who does not hold a noncommercial driver license for a violation of law relating to motor vehicle traffic control, other than parking violations, in a commercial vehicle. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50.
