Bail, Bail Bonds - As introduced, expands when a defendant can be placed on a state or federal list as a fugitive for failure to appear for a bench warrant in court to include those having committed a Class A, Class B, or Class C felony that is violent or sexual in nature. - Amends TCA Section 40-11-139.
