Scholarships and Financial Aid - As introduced, extends the time period prior to the start of an academic term, from 30 calendar days to 45 calendar days, that the state or a department, division, or agency of the state establishing a scholarship program must select the scholarship beneficiary and notify the board of trustees of the college savings trust fund program. - Amends TCA Title 49.
