Purchasing and Procurement - As enacted, authorizes the chief procurement officer to develop regulations, policies, procedures, templates, or other guidance related to the acquisition of information systems and software, in coordination with the division of strategic technology solutions and the information systems council. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 56.
