Education, Higher - As introduced, changes, from January 1 to December 1, the date by which the department of correction is required to transmit its annual report detailing the higher education opportunities available to eligible incarcerated individuals in this state to the chairs of the judiciary and education committees of the senate and the criminal justice and education administration committees of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 49.
