Alcoholic Beverages - As enacted, permits a retail licensee, beginning July 1, 2014, to sell at retail items related to or incidental to the use, consumption, dispensing, or storage of alcoholic beverages, including any hemp or hemp-derived cannabinoid product for which all required licenses, permits, or certificates have been obtained authorizing the sale of such product within this state. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 3 and Title 57, Chapter 5.

This bill allows retail stores licensed to sell alcohol in Tennessee to also sell hemp and hemp-derived products, provided those items have all necessary state permits. It amends existing laws to explicitly authorize these retailers to offer such goods alongside their current inventory. Additionally, the legislation clarifies that alcohol retailers can deliver products to locations outside their licensed premises and prohibits them from charging extra fees for serving beer on-site.
