Education - As introduced, requires the department to provide to the general assembly a list that identifies each LEA that received an infrastructure stipend, along with the amount of the infrastructure stipend received, beginning with infrastructure stipends awarded on or after July 1, 2022, no later than December 31, 2024, and by each December 31 thereafter until January 1, 2030. - Amends TCA Title 49.
