Civil Procedure - As introduced, authorizes the electronic submission of the report the attorney general and reporter is required to submit quarterly regarding the compromise and settlement, in the amount of $25,000 or less, of civil litigation to which the state may be a party. - Amends TCA Title 20; Title 29 and Title 47, Chapter 16.
