Criminal Procedure - As introduced, reduces from 20 days to 15 days, the amount of notice that a person rendered infamous or deprived of the rights of citizenship by the judgment of a state court must provide to the district attorney general in whose county the petitioner currently resides and the district attorney general of the county in which the petitioner was convicted before the petition is heard. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 11; Title 2, Chapter 19; Title 2, Chapter 2; Title 39, Chapter 17; Title 40, Chapter 20 and Title 40, Chapter 29.
