Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As introduced, authorizes firefighters, law enforcement officers, and emergency medical services personnel who are members of the Tennessee consolidated retirement system to be reemployed after retirement without having to wait a period of time after retirement; requires the member to be rehired at a rate or salary equivalent to that of a member with no experience based on the position for which the member is hired. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 36, Part 8 and Title 49.
