Search & Seizure - As enacted, authorizes a law enforcement officer to execute a search warrant for medical records or a test to determine the alcohol or drug content, or both, of a person's blood anywhere in the state, rather than in the county in which the warrant was issued; makes related changes. - Amends TCA Title 40 and Title 55.
