Traffic Safety - As introduced, reduces from 30 business days to 30 calendar days, the number of days the department of safety has, following a confirmed death being reported on a crash report, to provide, upon request, a copy of the crash report to the general assembly member in whose district the crash occurred. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 10, Chapter 7; Title 55; Title 63 and Title 68.
