Alcoholic Beverages - As introduced, extends from five to 10 days the period by which a sheriff or sheriff's deputy must report the destruction of illegally manufactured alcohol or beer and related distilling or fermenting equipment and paraphernalia to the appropriate court within the county and to the alcoholic beverage commission. - Amends TCA Title 57.
