Health Care - As introduced, requires the department of health, in conjunction with the department of intellectual and developmental disabilities, to submit an annual report concerning the level of compliance with state law of each healthcare facility in this state charged with providing services to the elderly and individuals with disabilities; requires the reports to be made accessible, at no charge, to the public on the department of health's website. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
