Mental Illness - As enacted, by May 31, 2025, and by each May 31 thereafter, requires the department of health to publish an annual report stating the total number of attempted suicides and completed suicides that have occurred in this state in the previous calendar year; requires the department to submit the report electronically to all members of the general assembly within seven calendar days of the publication. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 63 and Title 68.
