Education - As introduced, increases from 45 to 60, the number of days, following service of a petition for judicial review from a tenured faculty member seeking review for dismissal or suspension, that the board of regents or state university board has to transmit to the reviewing court an original or certified copy of the entire record of a dismissal or suspension proceeding against the tenured faculty member. - Amends TCA Title 49.
