Firearms and Ammunition - As introduced, extends the time period within which a person may file a petition for judicial review of the department of safety's determination of suspension or revocation of a handgun carry permit from 30 days to 60 days of the issuance of the department's final determination. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 10; Title 33; Title 36; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 49; Title 50 and Title 71.
