Criminal Offenses - As introduced, states that it is not a violation of the criminal offense of abuse of a corpse for a person to dispose of the person’s miscarriage; defines miscarriage as the unintentional loss of pregnancy, which may occur spontaneously or as the result of an accident. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 68.
