Wine & Wineries - As enacted, makes changes to the law relative to intoxicating liquors. - Amends TCA Title 57.

This bill amends Tennessee laws regarding alcoholic beverages to require the state board to submit an annual report to the governor and various legislative committee chairs. The report must list every rule the board creates or changes during the year and explain the reasoning behind each one. This requirement ensures greater transparency in how regulations for the alcohol industry are developed and enforced. The changes became effective on July 1, 2024.
