Election Laws - As introduced, requires political advertisements that are created in whole or in part by artificial intelligence to include certain disclaimers; requires materially deceptive media disseminated for purposes of a political campaign to include certain disclaimers; establishes criminal penalties and the right to injunctive relief for violations. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 19, Part 1.
