Tobacco, Tobacco Products - As introduced, increases from 10 days to 15 days, the time frame the commissioner of revenue must mail notice to the licensee's last known address, prior to a date set for hearing, giving them an opportunity to be heard before revoking their license to sell, distribute, or handle tobacco products. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 43; Title 47 and Title 67.
