Political Parties - As enacted, moves the period during which a political party must meet to elect at-large delegates and alternates for the party convention from between the second Tuesday in February and the first Tuesday in March to between the first Thursday in April and the first Thursday in May. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 13.
