Insurance, Health, Accident - As introduced, requires that every health insurance policy or health benefit plan issued in this state that provides medical and surgical benefits as well as mental health or substance use disorder benefits must cover an annual mental health wellness examination. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 33; Title 56 and Title 71.
