Real Property - As enacted, increases from 1,500 to 3,000, for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2025, the amount of acreage of land permitted to be placed within any one taxing jurisdiction under the Agricultural, Forest and Open Space Land Act. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5.
